Envi for desktop

Translate where you work

Envi is a focused desktop translator that presents selected-text translation beside your current task.

Release status

Envi is in public-release preparation. No signed Store download or Paid subscription is available yet.

Envi helps you understand selected text without moving your attention to another app. Use the global Translation Shortcut, or the optional Selection Button where the release channel supports it, and Envi presents the result beside your pointer.

Designed for the flow of work

Translation requires an internet connection. A public Envi Account will use successful Google or Apple sign-in as identity verification. Those sign-in methods create separate Envi Accounts even when they use the same email address.

Planned public tiers

Capability Free Tier Paid Tier
Single-word translation Included within a funded monthly allowance Included
Sentence translation Progressive Gemini translation within a funded monthly allowance Progressive Gemini translation
Dictionary Not included Available for an explicit-source single word through Azure Translator
Voice System Voice System Voice, with optional Google Cloud Paid Voice

Public provider selection is deterministic. Envi does not silently send the same text to a different provider after a provider failure. Current details are in the Privacy Notice.

Paid Tier details are a release plan, not an offer for sale. Availability, pricing, billing source, countries, and Store approval will be published only after the required contracts and reviews are complete.

Release targets

The first public release targets:

Platform support is not interchangeable. The Selection Button and cross-application capture are constrained by each operating system and Store channel. The Support page will hold the exact requirements and limitations for every released build.

Before public release

MAVOS is completing organization verification, production service configuration, legal review, native acceptance, signing, and Store certification. We will add acquisition links only after a signed build passes those gates.
